Care Instructions

Lazy Susan or Charcuterie Boards Covered in Epoxy

  1. It’s best not to display this piece in direct sunlight. Although the epoxy used is UV resistant, all epoxies will yellow over time if exposed to direct sunlight.
  2. Clean with nonabrasive bleach free cleaners and cloth. You can clean with any countertop cleaner made for products like Formica or Corian that are nonabrasive & bleach free.  Personally, I clean with just a damp terrycloth.
  3. DO NOT use as a cutting board, this will scratch the surface.
  4. DO NOT expose to high heat.
  5. DO NOT place in dishwasher.
  6. If you place something on the board that created an indention in the surface, lightly go over the area with a hairdryer. Be careful not to overheat the area.

Live Edge Boards with Epoxy Rivers (Not completely covered in epoxy)

  1. Dry immediately after washing. DO NOT submerge or soak in water.
  2. Treat all sides of your board occasionally with coconut, mineral, linseed, beeswax or tung oil to keep the wood from drying out and to keep it from absorbing water. Normally every three to six months depending on how often you use it.
  3. Unless specified as a cutting board. DO NOT use as a cutting board, this will scratch the surface.
  4. DO NOT place in dishwasher.
